The difference lies in the specialized equipment required for the manufacturing processes within the building. We have extensive experience in integrating complex subcontractors related to our client’s operations into our production planning.

We work closely with our clients and other parties in our projects, whether the contractual form is turnkey, construction contract, or collaboration.

Project development means that we take responsibility as both the developer and contractor, that is, for the entire chain from land acquisition to a turnkey building.
